How it works

From link to sealed record

A few minutes for you, under a minute for them once they are verified.

1

Tag the content

Paste a link to the photo, video or track, say where it will be used, and name the person in it by ProntoID username or email.

2

Send the link

You get a secure approval link to share. If they have a ProntoID, the request also appears in their account.

3

They verify and approve

They see the content and the exact terms, verify their identity once, and approve or decline. No app to install.

4

You hold the record

Their approval is sealed to that one piece of content and their verified identity. Exportable, and ready if anyone ever asks.

€0,99 per tag, paid on Stripe Checkout. Nothing is sent to them until it is paid. See pricing

Why tag content

Proof of who agreed
to what, exactly

Bound to one piece of content

Not “everything from Saturday’s shoot”. One file, one approval, so there is never a question about which picture they agreed to.

Both sides verified

You verify to send a tag, they verify to approve it. Nobody can tag in someone else’s name, and nobody can approve in yours.

The wording is sealed

The description, usage and terms they saw are saved word for word with their approval, and the record can’t be quietly changed afterwards.

A release form

Covers the shoot

  • Signed before or on the day
  • Applies to everything captured
  • Right for crews, events and sessions

Need one? ProntoRelease — same account.

A ProntoTag

Covers the file

  • Approved after they have seen the result
  • Applies to one photo, video or track
  • Right when you must prove consent for a specific piece of content
Any kind of content

If it has a link, you can tag it

You don’t upload anything to us. Point to where they can see it, describe it, and say how it will be used.

Photos

Single images or a whole edit, one tag per person per file.

Music videos, films, ads, clips and livestream recordings.

Who it’s for

Anyone who publishes
other people’s faces and voices

A model in a campaign, a vocalist on a track, a guest on an episode: when a specific piece of content goes out, you should be able to show that the person in it agreed to that one.

Questions

Good to know

What does it cost?

€0,99 per tag, paid on Stripe Checkout, or €29 a month with 50 included. The monthly plan is the same one as ProntoRelease, so tags and release forms come out of one allowance.

Is it free for the person I tag?

Always. Reviewing, approving, declining and keeping their own copy never costs the person in the content anything.

How is a ProntoTag different from a release form?

A release form covers a shoot: everyone agrees to the terms before or on the day. A ProntoTag links one person’s approval to one exact photo, video or track. When you need to prove who agreed to a specific piece of content, use ProntoTag. For release forms, use ProntoRelease — same account.

Do I have to upload my content?

No. You give a link where they can see it — a private gallery, a streaming preview, a cloud folder. What they approve is recorded with that link and your description of the content.

Does the person I tag need a ProntoID?

If they have one, tag them by username and the request lands in their account. If not, tag them by email: they create a free account and verify their identity once, on their phone, in a few minutes.

What exactly do they approve?

The content link and description, where it will appear, whether the use is commercial, and any extra terms you add. All of it is shown to them before they approve and saved word for word with their approval.

Can they say no?

Yes. Declining is one tap, and you see it straight away in My tags. A tag only becomes a release once it is approved.

Is this legal advice?

No. ProntoTag records clearly and securely what was agreed, by whom, about which content. Whether the terms suit your jurisdiction and your project is a question for your own lawyer.

they said yes to it.
